We started Gaia Veterinary Clinic around a simple idea: a vet visit should never feel rushed, and you should always understand what's happening with your pet and why. Every consultation — from a routine check-up to a harder conversation — gets the time it needs.
We're a small, local clinic in Kota Kinabalu, and we like it that way. It means the same familiar faces greet you at the door, and your pet's history is never just a file number.

For routine visits (consultations, vaccinations), booking ahead — online or by phone — helps us keep wait times short. Walk-ins are welcome when we have room, but a booked slot is guaranteed.
Please call us directly rather than booking online — emergencies need to be triaged immediately, not scheduled.
Online booking assigns whichever vet has availability at your chosen time. If you'd like to see a specific vet, please call the clinic and we'll do our best to arrange it.
Any previous medical records or vaccination history you have, a list of current medications, and — if possible — a fresh stool sample for a routine check.
For some ongoing conditions, yes — give us a call and we'll let you know if a refill needs a check-up first.
